One of the ways that I save money is getting my diapers and other baby essentials online.  They have pretty good deals on diapers, plus they seem to keep promotions going on for quite awhile where you can get money back for every box of diapers you purchase!  It saves time and effort too, since they usually overnight ship for free if you spend $49 - which is easy to do when you're buying baby necessities! :)
